Description of Primary DutiesProvide IT support for the division of Community and Global Partnerships, including the Office of Global Education and Engagement; assist with hardware, printing, network, and software setups; provide troubleshooting and diagnostic testing of offices, classrooms, and conference rooms; support devices in classrooms and conference rooms; provide facility support as required; and other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications- Computer proficiency and familiarity with computer hardware, software, and general office equipment used in university offices
- Customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and handle multiple requests at once
- Attention to detail
- Organization, punctuality and reliability
- Must be able to work well with individuals from diverse backgrounds and other cultures
- Experience with website development preferred
- Experience with social media marketing preferred
