What You’ll Do:- Evaluating business processes, identifying opportunities for improvement, and implementing solutions.
- Staying current with IT and process advancements to modernize and automate systems.
- Performing requirements analysis, documenting findings, and communicating results to teams and management.
- Collaborating closely with clients, technicians, and management to ensure business needs are met.
- Supporting, administering, and training on business systems, including CRM, Office 365, Azure, analytics tools, and other third-party software.
- Conducting quality assurance, user acceptance testing, and project management for IT initiatives.
- Gathering critical information from meetings, generating reports, and providing actionable insights.
- Prioritizing initiatives, managing competing resources, and ensuring timely delivery of projectss
What We’re Looking For:
- Associate Degree in a relevant field and/or 3+ years of business/systems analysis experience.
- Strong analytical, detail-oriented, and inquisitive mindset.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams.
- Excellent technical skills, including SQL and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience creating reports, presentations, and process documentation.
- Strong planning, organizational, and time-management skills.
- Ability to influence stakeholders and work with them to determine optimal solutions.
- Willingness to travel (~10%) and lift items up to 50 lbs.
