What You’ll Do:

• Draft and file pleadings, motions, and discovery
• Manage case files from inception through trial
• Coordinate document production and review
• Assist with trial preparation, exhibits, and witness coordination
• Support attorneys in commercial litigation and bankruptcy matters

What We’re Looking For:

• 2+ years of commercial litigation experience preferred
• Strong drafting and organizational skills
• Familiarity with state and federal court filings
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a deadline-driven environment

Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between $70,000 – $85,000 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
