Core-Mark sources and procures fresh fruits and vegetables for Food service Distribution. You will manage perishable inventory, negotiate prices with growers and distributors, monitor market trends and ensure all delivered items meet quality, food safety and budget standards.
Coordinate and identify suppliers of product, negotiate price and quantity terms and establish long‑term contracts to ensure adequate supply of high quality products for Food service Distribution at competitive prices.
