Prime, Inc. is seeking a self-motivated individual to join our Cargo Claims team. You will process cargo claims, take OS&D calls from drivers and customers, coordinate with customers on disposition of refused freight, and arrange tracking, securing, and redelivery of shipments.
The ideal candidate has a High School diploma or GED, 3–5 years of related experience, and strong customer service skills. Proficiency in Word, Excel and Outlook and a 40 wpm typing speed are required.
