Service Tech Trainee

Our client, a leader in the small equipment repair industry, is seeking a Service Tech Trainee to join their team. As a Service Tech Trainee, you will be part of the technical support team, ensuring that all small equipment is functioning properly and safely. The ideal candidate will have strong mechanical skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and great communication skills which will align successfully in the organization.

** What's the Job?*
* + Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with small equipment.

+ Customer Service/Sales Ability with clients on status and what is needed.

+ Perform repairs and maintenance on various types of small machinery.

+ Replace defective parts and components.

+ Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance.

+ Test equipment to ensure proper functioning after repairs.

** What's Needed?*
* + High school diploma or equivalent.

+ Certification in small engine repair or related field preferred.

+ Proven experience in repairing and maintaining small equipment.

+ Strong mechanical and technical skills.

+ Strong Communication and Sales Abilitites

+ Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
