Founded in 1986, the company has expanded from a small property management firm into a trusted ally in real estate, managing a diverse portfolio that spans multifamily, single‑family rentals, affordable housing, build‑to‑rent, active adult, and student housing divisions.

• Maintain daily community grounds, parking, and common areas, including trash removal and routine cleaning.
• Assist in make‑ready processes for units and common areas under the supervision of the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager.
• Respond promptly to resident requests and work orders for community common areas, buildings, and units.
• Perform swimming pool maintenance and maintain accurate chemical logs.
• Inspect and address hazardous property conditions and maintain a preventative maintenance program.
• Adhere to Asset Living key policy, safety standards, and OSHA guidelines.
• Provide excellent customer service and project a favorable image of the community.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with on‑site software functions.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

• Regularly required to move around, ascend and descend ladders, stairs, and ramps, and lift objects up to 100 lbs.
• Frequently required to work in overhead or reaching positions, operate machinery and power tools, and perform tasks in tight and confined spaces.
• Occasionally required to work overtime, weekends, on‑call property emergencies, and operate motor vehicles or golf carts.

$14 per hour to $14 per hour
