Perform routine and seasonal custodial services in the assigned area according to a prescribed schedule. Routine and seasonal custodial services will include, but not be limited to using a vacuum sweeper to clean carpets, spot cleaning carpets, extraction clean carpets, empty trash containers, replace plastic liners in trash containers, clean window glass, dust furnishings, replace burned out fluorescent and incandescent lamps, clean and disinfect washrooms, restock toilet paper, soap, paper towels, clean and disinfect drinking fountains, sweep fallen leaves from the sidewalks outside entry doors.

• High school graduate or equivalent G.E.D. Certificate.
• Must be able to effectively observe an area to determine cleaning needs.
• Ability to exert 50 pounds of force frequently in the performance of routine and repetitive manual tasks.
• Knowledge of professional cleaning equipment and procedures is helpful.
• Must be able to work evenings Monday - Friday.
• Ability to follow oral and written instructions.
• Good physical condition.
• Good interpersonal and verbal skills.

Two years' experience in custodial trade.
