As a
Facility Maintenance Technician
, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring our facility operates smoothly and safely. You’ll be responsible for maintaining the physical condition of the building and its systems, supporting production operations, and helping create a positive and professional environment. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Repairing and maintaining production and support equipment.
• $25.00 an hour plus excellent benefits after 30 days of employment.
• Performing preventative maintenance on HVAC, lighting, plumbing, and other facility systems.
• Ensuring ceilings, walls, doors, and windows are in good repair and presentable.
• Responding to on‑call maintenance needs 24/7.
• Supporting sanitation programs and managing recyclable and waste materials.
• Assisting with CMMS and spare parts inventory management.
• Performing maintenance tasks at various heights and supporting other team members as needed.
• Learning and supporting Maintenance Mechanic duties in emergency situations.

We’re seeking a hands‑on, detail‑oriented professional with a strong work ethic and a passion for facility upkeep. The ideal candidate will bring:

• General maintenance knowledge and experience with routine facility upkeep.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Proficiency with hand and power tools, including hammers, saws, drills, and wrenches.
• Ability to disassemble and repair equipment and use precision measuring instruments.
• Strong fabrication and welding skills (preferred).
• Excellent organizational, time management, and follow‑up skills.
• A professional attitude and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Flexibility to work varied hours and perform tasks at different heights.
