Service Manager – Toyota
Reliable Toyota is seeking an experienced Service Director to lead our high-volume service department
. This key leadership role is ideal for a proven dealership service professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to delivering an exceptional customer experience while driving strong operational and financial performance.
- Lead and oversee all aspects of a high-volume Toyota service operation
- Drive a best-in-class customer experience with a strong focus on CSI and customer retention
- Actively engage with customers to resolve concerns and build long-term relationships
- Coach, develop, and motivate service managers, advisors, and technicians
- Improve employee productivity, morale, and accountability
- Maintain a safe, organized, and compliant work environment
- Analyze performance metrics and implement strategies to grow profitability
- Continuously raise the bar on CSI, efficiency, and overall department performance
- Previous dealership Service Manager experience required (Toyota experience preferred)
- Proven success managing a high-volume service department
- Strong leadership, communication, and customer-handling skills
- Ability to balance customer satisfaction with operational and financial objectives
- Experience driving CSI improvement and sustained profitability
- High-energy, organized, and results-driven leadership style
