Overview
Position:
Management and Associate supervision and development in the Facility. Assists in supervising and developing management and hourly associates by monitoring hiring, training, mentoring, assigning duties, recognizing performance, promoting belonging, and recruiting qualified associates to meet staffing needs and support Company growth. Upholds the Open Door Policy by meeting with associates, listening to concerns, researching issues, reviewing policies and procedures, and providing resolutions while proactively seeking associate feedback.
Ensures compliance with Company policies, legal requirements, and safety controls; supports safety, operational, and quality assurance reviews and action plans; and provides direction on Company programs and strategic initiatives. Participates in community outreach to strengthen relationships with key groups and to promote Company programs, events, and sustainability efforts. Builds knowledge of facility operations, delegates duties, reviews reports, and communicates updates under leadership guidance.
Monitors financial performance, supports budget development and expense control, and participates in forecasting and economic trend analysis. Supports food safety standards, cold chain compliance, and product quality in stocked merchandise. Contributes to membership and sales growth by engaging with members and representing the Company in the community and with external organizations. Facilitates member service and ensures issues are resolved within standards;
supports operations in the absence of the Club Manager; assists members with purchases and inquiries; and models service excellence.
