** Join our compassionate and collaborative team as a Youth Resiliency Facility Coordinator, where you will oversee campus-wide safety, transportation, and facility operations. This role is vital in creating a secure and supportive environment for youth, families, staff, and visitors. You will play a significant part in emergency preparedness and daily operational coordination, ensuring responses are trauma-informed and aligned with our mission of youth resilience and recovery.
Your leadership will help foster youth safety and support their journey towards recovery. In this role, you’ll coordinate with law enforcement and emergency responders, ensuring that our operations and practices are youth-centered and compliant with safety regulations. * Key Responsibilities:
*
* • Lead campus safety operations and oversee emergency response coordination.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for law enforcement, EMS, fire departments, and emergency responders.
• Ensure safety practices are trauma-informed and youth-centered.
• Coordinate emergency drills and staff safety trainings.
• Review and follow up on incidents; lead continuous improvement efforts.
• Oversee campus transportation operations, including scheduling and supervision.
• Ensure vehicles are maintained and comply with safety standards.
• Partner with leadership for facility planning and improvements.
• Supervise staff responsible for safety, transportation, and facilities functions.
• Promote a culture of safety, accountability, and care.
** Education, Experience, and/or Credential
Qualifications:
*
* • Bachelor’s degree in public safety, criminal justice, emergency management, facilities management, or a related field preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in safety, operations, facilities, or emergency response, including supervisory experience.
*
* Additional Qualifications:
*
* • Valid driver’s license and ability to meet campus transportation requirements.
• Strong crisis management, communication, and leadership skills.
*
* Physical Requirements:

* • ADA Consideration - Sedentary work:
Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally (up to 1/3 of the time) and/or a negligible amount of force frequently (1/3 to 2/3 of the time) to lift, carry, push, or pull, or otherwise move objects, including the human body.
• Repetitive movements of hands, fingers, and arms for typing and/or writing during the work shift.
• Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time but may involve walking or standing for brief periods.
