Role DescriptionThe Branch Manager is responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, driving business growth, managing staff, and ensuring excellent customer service. Tasks include supervising team performance, creating operational strategies, maintaining budgets, and ensuring regulatory compliance. The Branch Manager will also be engaging with customers, resolving issues, and ensuring service satisfaction. This is a full‑time, on‑site role based in Springfield, MO.
Responsibilities Branch Leadership & Accountability- Lead and manage all field operations within the region
- Directly oversee Service Manager and technicians
- Set performance expectations and enforce standards of conduct and service
- Hold team members accountable to production, quality, and safety standards
- Make final decisions on branch personnel matters in partnership with HR
- Drive a culture aligned with Palisade’s Core Values
- Oversee daily field execution and ensure work is completed accurately and efficiently
- Monitor production metrics, route performance, callbacks, cancellations, and quality trends
- Own inventory control, equipment standards, and vehicle accountability
- Ensure regulatory compliance, licensing, and safety adherence
- Identify operational inefficiencies and implement corrective action
- Responsible for branch revenue, production targets, and cost management
- Monitor labor efficiency and operational expenses
- Drive branch growth through retention, service quality, and team performance
- Ensure profitability benchmarks are met or exceeded
- Serve as final escalation point for complex customer issues
- Protect the Palisade brand by maintaining high service standards
- Monitor customer satisfaction trends and implement improvements
- Lead hiring decisions for branch personnel
- Oversee onboarding, training, and development
- Conduct performance reviews and corrective action when necessary
- Develop internal leadership pipeline within the branch
- High school diploma or GED
- Clean driving record
- Pest control route experience and current licensing by relevant state agencies
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Basic computer proficiency (Google Docs, Microsoft Office, Email, PC/Mac)
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
