**
* POSITION SUMMARY:

*** The Sr. Manager, Retail Facilities, will be responsible for overseeing and managing the maintenance and operational activities of our retail facilities. This position will lead a team of Facility Maintenance Managers to ensure all retail locations are well-maintained, operationally efficient, and compliant with safety regulations.
**
* ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

**** Coordinate and oversee the work of the Facility Maintenance Managers to ensure consistency and efficiency across all retail locations.
* Build and maintain operational relationships to drive consistent cross-functional communication and alignment.
* Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Facility Maintenance Managers.
* Oversee the maintenance and repair of all retail facilities to ensure they meet safety and operational standards.
* Develop and implement maintenance policies, procedures, and schedules.
* Monitor and control expenses to ensure cost-effective operations. Identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements.
* Ability to manage budgets and identify cost saving opportunities while maintaining operational standards.
* Oversee the selection and management of external vendors and contractors. Negotiate contracts and ensure quality and timely delivery of services.
* Plan and execute facility improvement projects, including renovations and upgrades.
* Monitor project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
* Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, budgets, and compliance documentation.
* ALL OTHER DUTIES AS ASSIGNED
*** EXPERIENCE/

QUALIFICATIONS:

**** Minimum Degree

Required:

Bachelor's Degree or an equivalent combination of education, technical training, and relevant work experience.
* Preferred Certificate: RFMP, CFM

* Experience:

8-10 years of experience in facilities management.
*** KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITY:
**** Strong knowledge of building systems, maintenance procedures, and safety regulations.
* Proven experience in budgeting, cost management, and vendor negotiation.
* Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
* Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
* Proficiency in facilities management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
* Very well versed in CMMS platforms such as Limble and Service Channel.
* Experienced in implementing CMMS platforms and providing ongoing training support.
*** TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS:
**** Ability to travel to various retail locations as needed.
**
* PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

*** Regularly sits and works on a computer.

Occasionally stands and walks.

Seldom/never lifts up to 50 lbs.
*** INDEPENDENT JUDGEMENT***:

Develops objectives and general policies and procedures for a specific program or functional area of responsibility within general scope of established operational goals and plans. Day-to-day work and decisions do not require direction or review by immediate supervisor. End results are reviewed by supervisor.
