QUALIFICATIONS
- 3–5 years of sales and/or sales management experience preferred
- Proven track record of recruiting, hiring, training, leading, and developing a direct sales team
- Ability to lead in a high‑pressure, fast‑paced, results‑driven environment
- Intermediate computer skills with the ability to use web‑based and mobile applications
- Experience with CRM systems preferred
WORKING CONDITIONS AND TRAVEL EXPECTATIONS
- This role operates both indoors in an office environment and outdoors in the field.
- Requires heavy local travel and may include up to 70% travel, including extended stays away from home.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Constant movement and use of limbs; requires good manual dexterity, coordination, and stamina.
- Ability to lift construction materials such as shingles and plywood.
- Ability to move heavy objects and maintain physical endurance over extended periods.
- Regularly ascend and descend ladders to inspect roofs.
