Branch Operations Lead

Located in Springfield, Missouri, the Branch Operations Lead works closely with the Branch Manager and team to ensure efficient and compliant branch performance while delivering excellent customer service. The role focuses on operational excellence, safety, cash management, and client engagement.

• Collaborate with the Branch Manager to create a welcoming environment and ensure an exceptional customer experience.
• Greet and assist clients, manage lobby flow, and schedule meetings to build trusted relationships.
• Communicate clearly with clients to understand and meet their needs while maintaining a smooth visit flow.
• Lead branch operations, including cash vault and ATM management, resolve client issues quickly and consistently, and adhere to all bank policies and procedures.
• Introduce clients to self‑service options and promote ongoing engagement with the branch team.
• Maintain high standards for loss control, compliance, audits, and overall branch security.

High School or GED.

• Adherence to policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Leadership and operational proficiency with focus on transaction accuracy.
• Ability to educate the team on changes and updates.
• Strong client engagement skills and readiness to refer clients to specialists.
• 1+ year of retail banking experience.
• High school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent.
• Availability to work branch hours, including weekends and evenings.

• 6+ months of Associate Banker (Teller) experience.
• College degree or military equivalent.

• Completion of the Branch Operations Lead Training Program before placement.
• Travel required for in‑person training and meetings.
