Operations Manager - Delivery

As an Operations Manager at Clark's White Glove Delivery, you will play a pivotal role in our growing home delivery operation. You will oversee the day-to-day activities of our team, ensuring the safe and efficient delivery of our products.

• Team Leadership:
  Manage and lead a team of delivery professionals, including drivers and support staff, to ensure seamless daily operations.
• Routing and Scheduling:
  Efficiently plan and schedule delivery routes, optimizing resources and ensuring on-time deliveries.
• Quality Assurance:
  Maintain high standards of delivery service, focusing on the safe handling of cabinets and furniture.
• Inventory Management:
  Monitor and manage inventory levels, ensuring accuracy and availability of products.
• Customer Service:
  Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly, ensuring a positive customer experience.
• Safety Compliance:
  Ensure compliance with safety regulations and implement safety protocols.

• Proven experience in home delivery operations, preferably with cabinet or furniture delivery experience.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent organizational and problem‑solving abilities.
• Knowledge of routing and scheduling software is a plus.
