Project Executive

We are seeking a seasoned Project Executive to lead the delivery of large-scale, mission‑critical data center projects for a top‑tier general contractor. This role is responsible for driving strategy, execution, and financial performance across multiple high‑profile builds, often supporting hyperscale and enterprise clients.

You’ll operate at both the executive and operational levels - guiding teams, strengthening client partnerships, and ensuring successful delivery in a fast-paced, technically complex environment.

• Provide executive oversight for multiple data center construction projects from preconstruction through commissioning
• Ensure projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality and safety standards
• Champion best practices in mission‑critical construction, including fast‑track and phased delivery

• Serve as the senior leader and trusted advisor to clients, including hyperscale and colocation providers
• Lead executive‑level communications, ensuring transparency in schedule, cost, and risk
• Build long‑term partnerships that drive repeat business

• Maintain full P&L responsibility across assigned projects or regions
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and cost control to meet or exceed margin targets
• Manage contract risk, change orders, and commercial strategy

• Mentor Project Managers and senior operations staff
• Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and safety
• Partner with internal teams across preconstruction, engineering, and field operations
• Identify and mitigate technical, operational, and financial risks
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, company standards, and mission‑critical requirements
• Oversee contract execution and alignment with legal and commercial objectives

• 15+ years of construction experience, with a strong focus on data centers or mission‑critical projects
• Proven leadership of large‑scale programs ($100M+), ideally within a top ENR‑ranked GC environment
• Deep knowledge of MEP systems, commissioning, and data center infrastructure
• Strong financial acumen with experience managing P&L and complex budgets
• Executive presence with exceptional communication and client‑facing skills

• Familiarity with Tier III / IV standards and redundancy requirements
• PMP, LEED, or other relevant certifications
