As an Assistant Site Manager, you'll participate in our Leadership Development Program, receiving hands‑on coaching while learning every aspect of operating a successful, high‑volume car wash. • Lead by example and create an outstanding customer experience
• Coach and motivate Customer Service & Sales Attendants
• Help recruit, train, and develop team members
• Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient operation
• Drive Unlimited Wash Club memberships and sales performance
• Assist with scheduling, daily operations, and inventory
• Monitor key performance metrics and help achieve location goals
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and confidently

• Must be at least 21 years old
• Minimum one year of management, supervisory, or leadership experience
• Customer service and sales experience preferred
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds
• Ability to stand and walk for an entire shift
• Comfortable working in an outdoor environment
• Valid driver's license preferred

This position is designed to prepare high‑potential leaders for promotion into a Site Manager role. Blue Iguana promotes from within whenever possible. As you demonstrate leadership, operational excellence, and strong business results, you'll have opportunities to advance into Site Manager and future multi‑site leadership positions.

Monday–Saturday: 7:00 AM – 8:00 PM
Sunday: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM
Closed Thanksgiving and Christmas Day.
