Bass Pro Shops is seeking an onsite Project Manager in Springfield, MO to lead complex projects from initiation to delivery, within scope, schedule and budget. The role requires collaboration with sponsors and stakeholders, and proactive risk management to ensure value delivery.
You will coordinate cross-functional teams, prepare estimates, utilize PM tools, and report status to leadership while mentoring junior staff. A Bachelor's degree or equivalent PM experience is required; PMP is preferred.
