District Manager, Management

Responsibilities

• Drive strong execution across District and lead team with a focus on delivering profitable sales
• Hold District accountable to high-quality service and secure optimal placement of displays with retail partners
• Build strong relationships with partner store staff and maintain appropriate stock levels across the district
• Report directly to a Regional Manager and supervise a team of 20-30 Mobile Merchandisers and 1-2 District Mobile Merchandisers
• Responsible for all operational processes, visual merchandising standards and overall service experience across multiple points of sale
• Analyze controllable costs and adjust actions based on conclusions
• Plan services in a cost-efficient way to drive sales and optimize resources
• Monitor and adjust team members’ weekly schedules according to business needs
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external partners
• Lead team through clear communication, deliver consistent feedback, and manage performance

• Experience managing a remote team that utilizes technology to execute primary job duties
• Experience managing and developing all district support roles/teams
• Experience working in an environment with moderate to heavy travel requirements
• Demonstrated proficiency using a process-driven and regimented approach to deliver operational, administrative and talent objectives
• Demonstrated experience working in client-facing environment(s) with multiple and simultaneous customer/partners
• Moderate proficiency of Company provided device
• Moderate proficiency with Microsoft Office
