Responsibilities
- Direct the organization's Risk Management Program and protect the organization's financial assets through proactive processes designed to reduce the probability of adverse events and to reduce the severity and impact of losses once they occur.
- Receive, investigate, and analyze risk management inquiries from staff, patients, and families and provide prompt follow up.
- Manage serious safety events and conduct root cause analyses.
- Provide risk guidance to senior leadership and report to the Associate General Counsel-Risk Management.
- Oversee the Patient Advocate Department in addition to directing the Risk Management Department.
- 6-9 years of applicable experience
- Bachelor's Degree
