What You Will Do

Lead office operations and support clinical teams to deliver outstanding patient care

Hire, develop, and retain high-performing staff

Consult with patients on treatment options and manage financial processes

Analyze business results, manage P&L, and implement strategies to drive growth

Prepare and lead daily huddles to optimize patient experience and team performance

Work Experience

Previous experience managing a team (retail, hospitality, or service industry experience welcome)

POSITION SUMMARY STATEMENT:
This position is fully accountable for the profitable operation of a Firehouse Subs restaurant while adhering to all company guidelines and regulations.

PRINCIPLE ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• Ensure compliance to all local, state and federal regulations including health, wage, age, ADA, OSHA and other regulations
• Ensure knowledge, adherence and enforcement of all Firehouse Subs Policies and Procedures
• Provide leadership to the restaurant team to meet guest service, quality and cleanliness standards
• Ensure profitability by managing food cost, labor, utilities and sales growth
• Coordinate and implement current operations game plans and company initiatives
• Staffing of the restaurant with qualified personnel
• Continued training and development of the restaurant Assistant Manager and Shift Managers
• Participates in Local Restaurant Marketing
• Implements Public Safety Foundation initiatives
• Ensure programs, reports and legal documents are accurate and on schedule
• Maintains awareness in community affairs to drive sales and PR
• Represents Firehouse Subs in a professional manner
• Communicates issues to the GM/Owner
• Maintains equipment and reports problems
• Ability to work extended hours
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

Compensation: 33,000 to 40,000 depending on experience
