Key Responsibilities Operational Excellence
  • Lead Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, and process improvement initiatives.
  • Improve receiving, inventory, fulfillment, shipping, transportation, and returns processes.
  • Develop standardized work and best practices across all departments.
  • Identify and eliminate waste, bottlenecks, and inefficiencies.
Data & Performance Management
  • Develop and maintain operational KPI dashboards.
