USA) Realty Project Coach

Position Summary

As a Realty Project Coach, you will join the Realty Execution team for Walmart US. You will own delivery of store and club remodels, new stores and clubs, and special projects across the US. Your responsibility is to ensure projects are on time, within budget, and meet top‑notch quality standards.

You will partner with store team leads to supervise hourly team members, handle escalations, and collaborate with store leadership to keep projects on track. This role requires travel across the US.

• Influencing Others

  Motivate your team to meet timelines and deliverables. Encourage collaboration and teamwork among associates. Resolve concerns of store leadership, suppliers, and associates.
• Project Ownership
  :
  Own the execution of projects in assigned stores. Communicate plans, changes, and obstacles to key stakeholders. Minimize impact on store operations.
• Develop Associates
  :
  Provide supervision and development opportunities for team members. Listen to ideas, suggestions, and questions. Evaluate talent, train, mentor, recognize, and identify career paths.

• Demonstrated knowledge of construction remodels, project management, space management, and/or store design.
• Experience leading people, projects, initiatives, or cross‑functional teams.

Primarily working overnights; night shifts average from 10 to 12 hours.

Frequent travel up to 1,000 miles from home; expect to be away 80% of the time or for 17‑21 days at a time. Mileage reimbursed and overnight stays paid.

Annual range $60,000 – $110,000. Additional compensation may include annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Stock may be offered.

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field and 1 year of experience in project management, space management, store design, operations, data analysis, or related area, OR 3 years of such experience.
• Will attend and complete all job‑required trainings and assessments.

• Master’s degree in Business or related field.
• 1 year’s experience leading cross‑functional teams.
• Project Management Professional Certification.

• Reliable transportation.
• Provide supervision and development opportunities for associates by hiring, training, mentoring, assigning duties, providing recognition, and ensuring diversity awareness.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures and support company mission, values, and ethics.
• Support business solutions by building relationships with stakeholders, identifying business needs, determining processes, monitoring progress, recognizing improvement opportunities, and adapting to demands.
