Premium Retail Services, LLC is seeking a District Manager to drive wireless sales by leading and developing a team of Wireless Sales Leads across assigned retail locations. You will coach, train, and motivate your team to exceed sales goals through strong product knowledge, competitive positioning, and customer engagement.
You will spend significant time in the field visiting stores, recruit and hire to maintain staffing levels, forecast staffing needs, and mentor top talent for retail success.
