Job Summary :
Responsibleforallaspectsofday-to-dayoperationsoftwoormoreprojectand/ortwoormorecrews and/or a full locations or line of business and/or an account/ location of high value/activity business.
Principaldutiesand Responsibilities:- Superviseallaspectsofbusinessfromsuppliestostaffandproduction.
- Confirmqualityof workbeingdoneandquantitydoneattheend ofeach day.
- Responsibleformaintainingacceptableperformancestandardsandmetricsofcrews.
- Maintaincontractand/orperformanceschedule.
- Oversee day-to-dayperformanceofstaff.
- Responsibleforalladministrativefunctionsnecessarytodocumentworkincludingbutnot limited to ordering and tracking of supplies, billing, hours, safety documents, etc.
- Ensuresafetypracticesandproceduresandhumanresourcepoliciesandproceduresarebeing followed at all times.
- Performotherrelatedworkasassignedusingavailableresourcestoachieveestablishedgoals.
- High School Diploma
- Havetheabilitytocompleteassignmentswithnosupervisionandself-directdailyactivities
- Organizedandmotivatedtoprovideprojectsupportasdirected
- Conscientiousprofessionalwhohasapleasantphonemannerandexcellentorganizational skills
- 5-10yearspreviousexperienceinthefield
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products ,specifically
Word,Exceland Outlook - Abilityto handlemultipletasks
