OACAC is seeking an innovative and motivated Clinic Manager
- Director of Family Planning to provide overall leadership, management, and coordination of the Family Planning Program.

The Program Director is responsible for the administration of the Federal Title X Family Planning Grant for this region, as well as researching additional funding opportunities to diversify and strengthen the program. This position serves as an innovative leader within OACAC leadership, identifying opportunities to grow, develop, and improve Family Planning services.

• Full-Time, 40 hours per week
• Monday–Thursday
• 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM
• Some evenings and weekends, may be required

• Provide overall leadership, management, and coordination of the Family Planning Program
• Ensure program goals are achieved or exceeded
• Develop and implement program plans, work plans, budgets, and funding applications
• Administer the Federal Title X Family Planning Grant
• Research and pursue additional grant opportunities to diversify program funding
• Develop and monitor program budgets and ensure expenditures remain within approved allocations
• Ensure program and participant records are maintained accurately
• Ensure required agency and funding reports are completed and submitted as required
• Implement agency policies and comply with applicable funding source requirements
• Stay informed regarding legislative, technical, and program developments affecting Family Planning services
• Select, orient, train, supervise, and evaluate program staff
• Assign, schedule, and review staff activities
• Establish and maintain effective relationships with OACAC staff, government entities, community agencies, public officials, and funding sources
• Plan and participate in public information and community outreach activities
• Develop presentations, educational sessions, and outreach opportunities
• Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness, goal achievement, and program impact
• Serve as an advisor to the Executive Director on Family Planning program planning and policy matters
• Purchase office and clinic supplies and equipment as needed
• Provide office, counseling, and laboratory support in the clinic as needed
• Support clinic needs and provide office coverage as needed
• Research new and innovative clinic options for program development
• Research and incorporate current and future technology to improve clinic efficiency
• Collaborate with other OACAC program staff and supervisors to develop strategic plans for OACAC and its services
• Perform additional duties as assigned

• At least three (3) years of experience applying management theory, practices, and methods
• Knowledge of current health and family planning theory, methods, and practices
• Knowledge of agency purpose, goals, policies, and procedures
• Knowledge of applicable laws and funding source regulations
• Ability to prepare funding proposals and budgets
• Ability to train, develop, and supervise staff
• Ability to effectively coordinate programs with other agency programs
• Ability to communicate effectively in public

• Experience administering federal grants
• Experience with Title X or other healthcare-related grants
• Experience in family planning, public health, community health, or a related field
