The Area Experience Leader is a full-time, on-site role based in the Springfield-Branson, Missouri Area, responsible for driving client experience and business performance across a designated group of offices. This role oversees daily operations, coaching and supporting office leaders and tax professionals to deliver consistent, high-quality service and adherence to company standards. The Area Experience Leader analyzes performance metrics, identifies opportunities for improvement, and implements action plans that enhance client satisfaction, sales results, and operational efficiency.

This position collaborates closely with regional leadership to align staffing, training, and marketing activities with H&R Block’s client-centric strategy. The role also involves fostering an inclusive, engaging work environment that encourages continuous learning, accountability, and strong community relationships.

• Strong analytical skills to interpret performance data, identify trends, and guide strategic decisions.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with teams, deliver feedback, and support client-focused interactions.
• Proven sales and customer service abilities to drive revenue growth and enhance the overall client experience.
• Experience in training, coaching, and developing team members to improve skills, service quality, and operational consistency.
• Negotiation and conflict-resolution skills to address complex situations, support office leadership, and maintain productive partnerships.
• Previous multi-unit leadership or retail/financial services management experience is highly beneficial.
• Ability to work on-site across multiple locations in the Springfield-Branson, Missouri Area, with reliable transportation.
• Familiarity with tax or financial services environments is a plus; bachelor’s degree in business, management, or related field preferred.
