Remanufacturing Technician 1 - 2nd Shift
Responsibilities
- Basic disassembly, washing, and assembly of parts.
- Identify serviceable vs. non-serviceable parts.
- Operation of semi-automatic equipment (e.g., pedestal buffers, hand buffers, wash machines, ultrasonic washers).
- Handle parts and tools in a safe manner.
- Proper use of power and manual tools (e.g., impact wrenches, drills, EZ Outs, hand tools).
- Understand and comply with all quality and safety rules, guidelines, policies, and procedures.

Essential Functions

- Ability to lift up to 75 pounds with assistance
- Knowledge of generally accepted best practices and theory
- Good mechanical skills
- Knowledge of shop use of measuring devices
- Ability to complete disassembly process without destroying parts

Supervisory Responsibility
- This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
Work Environment
- Exposed to shop floor conditions (noise, heat, cold, dust/dirt, etc.).
- Regularly stand, walk, sit, and use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects; reach with hands and arms.
- Occasionally lift or move up to 50 pounds.

Required Education And Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
