Overview
The Parts Coordinator coordinates parts for work orders incoming, outgoing and in process.
Responsibilities- Set up, maintain and pull parts for assembly bins for machine shop weldments. Parts may be pulled from the machine shop or the warehouse.
- RTP all incoming orders. Distribute work orders to the appropriate manufacturing area once parts are accumulated.
- Process all outgoing work orders in JDE. Place notes regarding delivery location, heat codes, etc. in JDE.
- Ship confirm some orders depending on order type.
- Issue the standard material if needed.
- Expedite parts as required.
- Other related duties, as needed, including backup for other department personnel, to ensure timely availability of components.
- Run the dispatch list.
- Maintain work center data to ensure proper routing and date maintenance.
- Cycle count inventory, write up adjustments and reconcile blank location reports.
- Maintain the parts in the IN area and deliver small parts in the OUT area.
- Overtime is a mandatory condition of employment and frequent in this position.
- Regular, in-person attendance due to the necessary teamwork and personal interactive nature of this position.
- The ability to work in a constant state of alertness and safe manner.
- Possess a working knowledge and competency in JDE functionality
- Ability to utilize Microsoft Excel, Word, etc.
- Strong Oral and Written Communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills required
- HS diploma or GED equivalent
Base Compensation Range: $17.82 - $26.73 per hour
Variable Compensation Range:
Incentive bonus eligibility up to 12% of gross annual salary base on company performance.

Professional office environment with some time spent in a manufacturing shop. Use of standard office equipment (computers, phones, copiers, and filing cabinets, etc.). Frequent presence on the manufacturing floor as well as field operations. Exposure to conditions, such as: dust, fumes, noise and high-degree varying seasonal temperatures.
