Dry Storage Technician
Job Title: Dry Storage Technician – Modular Construction (Day or Night Shift)
Job Location: Springfield, MO
Job Category: Construction / Skilled Trades
Job Type: Full-Time
DescriptionDry Storage Technicians build climate-controlled storage units requiring multiple trade skills in a modular production environment.
Pay- 1st Shift (Day): $18.00/hour
- 2nd Shift (Night): $18.00/hour + $2.00 shift differential = $20.00/hour total
- Sunday–Wednesday: 5:00 AM–5:00 PM (1st Shift) | 5:00 PM–5:00 AM (2nd Shift)
- Wednesday–Saturday: 5:00 AM–5:00 PM (1st Shift) | 5:00 PM–5:00 AM (2nd Shift)
- Perform framing, electrical, plumbing, and finishing work
- Assemble insulated, climate-controlled storage units
- Read and follow multi-trade build specifications
- Maintain high-quality commercial standards
- Experience in construction or skilled trades preferred
- Ability to work across multiple trade tasks
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Team-oriented mindset
