Full-time Regular, Springfield, MO, US

Schedule:

Monday - Friday

Shift: 1st 7:00am - 3:30pm

Job Summary:

Provides parts-handling for the production department, assisting with weight‑counting incoming parts from suppliers and performing other duties as needed.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Parts handling for production
• Weight counting incoming parts from suppliers when needed
• Working as needed in the production area
• Dumping out box carts into recycling bins
• Emptying metal chip bins into recycling bins
• Emptying trash in the shop
• Other duties as required

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Excellent communication skills including active listening.
• Comfortable and efficient in working in a busy open‑floor environment.
• Capable of working both independently and as part of a team.
• Multi‑tasking ability and decision‑making skills for prioritizing workload.

Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to pass the Basic Skills Test as required by ISO.
• Attention to detail.
• Self‑motivated.
• Ability to lift 40 lbs frequently.

Physical Requirements:

• Prolonged periods of standing for the entire shift.
• Must be able to lift, push, and pull up to 70 pounds at times.
• Must be able to bend and twist throughout the entire shift.
