Forklift Operator
Position Summary
U.S. Auto Force, a division of U.S. Venture, Inc., brings together more than 100 years of experience as an industry leader in the distribution of tires, undercar parts, and lubricants to independent tire retailers, auto repair shops, and automotive dealerships. The schedule for this position is Monday-Friday; 5:00am-1:30pm (rotating Saturdays). Schedules are subject to change based on business needs and may require overtime.
Job Responsibilities- Load, unload, and stock tires and auto parts in a fast‑paced warehouse environment using industrial vehicles such as a forklift or picker equipment.
- Use scanners to locate and put away tires and assist with inventory control.
- Lift 50 pounds consistently during the shift and occasionally lift up to 80 pounds; use team lifts or mechanical equipment for commercial tires.
- Exert a pushing force of up to 40 pounds when working with barrels or industrial/agricultural tires.
- Operate at heights up to 25 feet safely while handling stock racks and operating equipment.
- Remain on feet for extended periods and be willing to work overtime as needed.
- Adhere to safety policies and operating procedures.
- Assist other departments such as eComm, inventory, and Will Call as business needs arise.
- Perform other job‑related tasks as instructed by supervisor, subject to reasonable accommodations.

Physical demands:
Qualified to operate equipment safely with or without reasonable accommodation. Must frequently lift up to 50 pounds, occasionally up to 80 pounds, and exert a pushing force of up to 40 pounds. Team lifts for commercial tires and mechanical equipment may be required. Protective equipment required: steel or composite toe boots, safety vest, safety harness, seatbelt, SRL. Work environment may expose employee to weather, moderate noise levels, and fumes associated with tires and occasionally car parts and lubricants.
- 18 years of age or older.
- At least 1 year of warehouse/logistics or relevant experience.
- Ability to safely lift 50 pounds consistently and up to 80 pounds occasionally.
- Ability to exert a pushing force of 40 pounds for barrels and industrial/agricultural tires.
- Ability to work at heights of 25 feet while operating equipment and maintaining safety standards.
- Abide by company safety policies and state/federal regulations.
- Pass forklift certification.
- Willing to work overtime as needed.
- Follow instructions and safe operating procedures.
- Work in team environment.
- Successfully pass pre‑employment drug test.
