A fast-growing aircraft refueling and vacuum truck manufacturer is seeking a self-directed TIG Welder to work with their assembly team. The primary responsibility will be TIG welding on aluminum, with occasional use of MIG welding. Job duties include operating welding equipment, lifting equipment, and standard fabrication equipment such as horizontal saws, drill presses, and grinders. The welder will also operate a plasma cutter, cutting torch, and hand tools to fit up and weld aluminum and stainless steel piping using the GTAW process.

Additional duties involve performing quality checks on finished assemblies, assembling finished piping onto refueling vehicles, and fabricating minor brackets as needed. Adherence to all company safety and operation policies is mandatory. Weld positions include 90-degree angles, flat, horizontal, and vertical.
