Forklift Operator
POSITION SUMMARY
U.S. Auto Force, a division of U.S. Venture, Inc., brings together more than 100 years of experience as an industry leader in the distribution of tires, undercar parts, and lubricants to independent tire retailers, auto repair shops, and automotive dealerships.
Schedule:
Monday-Thursday, 10:00am-6:30pm and Friday, 8:30am-5:00pm (rotating Saturdays). Schedules are subject to change and may require overtime.
- Load, unload, stock tires and auto parts in a fast‑paced warehouse environment using industrial vehicles such as a forklift or picker equipment.
- Use scanners to locate and put away tires and assist with inventory control.
- Lift 50 pounds consistently throughout the shift and occasionally up to 80 pounds; use team lifts or mechanical equipment when lifting commercial tires.
- Exert a pushing force of up to 40 pounds when working with barrels or industrial/agricultural tires.
- Comfortably work at heights up to 25 feet while operating equipment.
- Be on the move, work on feet for extended periods, and be willing to work overtime as needed.
- Contribute to our culture of safety and ensure adherence to all safety policies and operating procedures.
- Assist other departments such as e‑Comm, inventory, and will call depending on business needs.
- Perform any other job‑related tasks or instructions by supervisor, subject to reasonable accommodations.

- Must be qualified to operate equipment safely; lift up to 50 pounds regularly and up to 80 pounds occasionally; exert up to 40 pounds pushing force; handle commercial tires with team lifts or mechanical equipment; work at heights of 25 feet; comply with safety guidelines.
- Protective equipment required: steel or composite toe boots, safety vest, harness, seatbelt, SRL. All equipment provided except boots.
- Work environment may involve exposure to weather conditions, moderate noise, and fumes from tires, car parts, and lubricants.
- Must be 18 years or older to operate equipment.
- Minimum 1 year of warehouse/logistics or relevant experience.
- Ability to lift 50 pounds consistently and up to 80 pounds occasionally.
- Ability to exert a pushing force of up to 40 pounds.
- Ability to work at heights of 25 feet while operating equipment.
- Abide by all company safety policies, state and federal transportation regulations, and manufacturing guidelines.
- Pass forklift certification.
- Willing to work overtime as needed.
- Follow instructions and safe operating procedures.
- Work effectively in a team environment.
- Successfully pass a pre‑employment drug test (no THC or marijuana).
