Backed by ASPEQ Heating Group and Marley Engineered Products, we offer a wide range of standard and customized products through leading brands like QMark, Indeeco, Berko and Brasch.

Job Summary

As an Assembler you will assemble all heater unit product codes and fabricate necessary components as required per work order, blueprint, and engineering specification.

Job Responsibilities

• Lays out diagram for electrical installations according to wiring specifications.
• Drills and taps holes in specified locations for mounting control units.
• Attaches breakers, relays, connectors, bus bars, transformers, and insulators.
• Paints product as necessary.
• Installs and wires thermostats and other options.
• Fabricates bussing, and solder connections.
• Tests and adjusts electrical components.
• Discusses errors in diagrams or production order with supervision or engineering to clarify assembly problems.

Required Experience

• One to three months related experience and/or training.

Preferred Qualifications

• Certified in ASME brazing procedures: BPS-B1, BPS-B2, BPS-B3, BPS-B4, BPS-B5.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Physical ability to stand, use hands, walk, lift up to 10 pounds regularly and up to 25 pounds occasionally; ability to see close, distance, color, peripheral, depth and adjust focus.
• Tolerance of occasional exposure to moving mechanical parts, fumes, airborne particles, risk of electrical shock and vibration; ability to work in loud environment.
