Remanufacturing Technician - 3rd Shift

Essential Functions:

• Basic disassembly, washing, and assembly of parts.
• Operation of semi‑automatic equipment such as pedestal buffers, hand buffers, wash machines, ultrasonic washers.
• Handle parts and tools in a safe manner.
• Proper use of power and manual tools, e.g., impact wrenches, drills, EZ Outs, hand tools.
• Understand and comply with all quality and safety rules, guidelines, policies, and procedures.

• Technical capacity.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds with assistance.
• Knowledge of generally accepted best practices and theory.
• Good mechanical skills.
• Knowledge of shop use of measuring devices.
• Ability to complete disassembly process without destroying parts.

• Time management.

This position has no supervisory responsibilities.

Employee must regularly stand, walk, sit, use hands to finger, handle or feel objects, tools and reach with hands and arms. Occasional lifting or moving of up to 50 pounds is required. Noise, heat, cold, dust/dirt exposure may occur on the shop floor.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• One to two years of related experience.
