Our client, an industry leader in distribution and manufacturing, is seeking a Material Handler I - 3rd Shift - Springfield to join their team. As a Material Handler I - 3rd Shift - Springfield, you will be part of the Distribution department supporting various operational functions. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

** Pay Range: $17.50 to start  Over $20 when hired*

Shift: 10:00PM-6:00AM,  
** Tuesday through Saturday** , with scheduled days off throughout the week and expected to work every weekend.

** What's the Job?*
* + Operate a lift truck, transporter, and other material handling equipment to move raw materials, finished goods, supplies, and ingredients.

+ Record keeping on manual, computer, and other systems to ensure accurate inventory management.

+ Scan items accurately to and from the distribution area.

+ Provide relief and backup support for various roles including Receiving Office, MOTC, Cheese Dock, CSR, Shock Watch duties, and sanitation tasks.

+ Maintain safety, health, and environmental standards in compliance with company policies and procedures.

** What's Needed?*
* + Minimum of 2 years of experience in material handling or related roles.

+ Ability to operate forklift and other distribution equipment safely and accurately.

+ Proficiency with systems such as SAP, MS Office, and Vision Pro.

+ Must be PIV certifiable and capable of acquiring all necessary licenses for equipment operation.

+ Physical ability to perform bending, squatting, lifting up to 50 pounds, and manual dexterity for equipment operation.
