Production Operator | Starting Pay at $23.84hr Position Summary

As a Production Operator, you will operate the clump litter lines and all related equipment safely and efficiently. You will maintain the line by continuously monitoring and adjusting equipment, ensuring the line is continuously supplied with raw materials. You will train in multiple areas within the factory to become a pivotal asset. Safety is the primary responsibility; you must ensure top‑notch operations, maintenance, cleanliness, and standard procedures.

• Operate clump litter lines
• Supply line and associated equipment with raw materials
• Fill jugs, boxes, bags, pails, and palletize
• Ensure products meet applicable quality standards
• Inspect for quality during operation
• Perform all required sampling and testing
• Maintain continuous smooth operation of the lines for required quality and quantity
• Make necessary adjustments to equipment, including changeovers

• High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
• 1+ year’s experience in a production, manufacturing, warehouse, military, or related environment

• Forklift experience
• Availability for 2nd or 3rd shift; overtime and weekend work required
