Production Scheduler

Summary

Create and maintain schedules for Nice Pak’s liquid fill formula and finished goods production. This includes using SAP, Excel, and BI reports to review demands and create formula plans, formula orders, and finished goods orders. This role will identify when production plans need to change and work with the necessary teams to enact those changes.

• Safety: Your compliance with all company safety rules procedures and guidelines is essential.
• Create daily and weekly Compounding schedules
• Communicates with the Compounding and Material Planning teams throughout the day as formula production plans are confirmed
• Plan and control all scheduling activities supporting assigned production lines and categories.
• Creates and maintains production schedules for assigned production lines
• Uses MRP and custom reports to ensure an accurate and efficient schedule.
• Balance production and inventory levels with demand to support target OTC goals, inventory turns goals, and the inventory strategy.
• Level-load production lines to smooth demand spikes and seasonal impacts.
• Work with Material Planning and Operations daily to adjust production plans based on production performance and material supply
