Position Summary

Production Worker (2nd Shift)

Earn $18.32/hr + $1.00 Shift Differential. Flexible schedule: 4 days on, 3 days off.

Responsibilities
  • Operate advanced manufacturing equipment to create pleated filters and filtration products.
  • Lead safety practices, follow all procedures, wear protective gear, and help identify hazards.
  • Ensure product quality meets high standards and exceeds customer expectations.
  • Safely lift and move materials and finished goods, using proper tools and techniques.
  • Maintain a clean, organized workspace to enhance efficiency and safety.
Schedule and Compensation

2nd Shift, $18.32/hr plus $1.00 shift differential.

Qualifications
  • High School Diploma / GED or minimum of 2 years of work experience.
  • Able to read, interpret, and follow work instructions.
  • Willingness to learn all aspects of the process and move from one job to another.
  • Outstanding teamwork; can work effectively with others.
  • Basic math and tape measure use.
  • Technical capacity required.
  • Working knowledge of computers preferred.
  • Ability to stand, sit, and walk throughout shift; lift up to 40 pounds.
  • Ability to use hand tools; work as a group, switch between jobs.
  • Willingness to learn all jobs from start to finished product.
  • Willingness to work modified shifts, multiple shifts, and overtime as needed.
