Position SummaryProduction Worker (2nd Shift)
Earn $18.32/hr + $1.00 Shift Differential. Flexible schedule: 4 days on, 3 days off.
Responsibilities- Operate advanced manufacturing equipment to create pleated filters and filtration products.
- Lead safety practices, follow all procedures, wear protective gear, and help identify hazards.
- Ensure product quality meets high standards and exceeds customer expectations.
- Safely lift and move materials and finished goods, using proper tools and techniques.
- Maintain a clean, organized workspace to enhance efficiency and safety.
2nd Shift, $18.32/hr plus $1.00 shift differential.
Qualifications- High School Diploma / GED or minimum of 2 years of work experience.
- Able to read, interpret, and follow work instructions.
- Willingness to learn all aspects of the process and move from one job to another.
- Outstanding teamwork; can work effectively with others.
- Basic math and tape measure use.
- Technical capacity required.
- Working knowledge of computers preferred.
- Ability to stand, sit, and walk throughout shift; lift up to 40 pounds.
- Ability to use hand tools; work as a group, switch between jobs.
- Willingness to learn all jobs from start to finished product.
- Willingness to work modified shifts, multiple shifts, and overtime as needed.
