We are looking for a reliable Fabricator to operate a band saw and other cutting equipment to produce fiberglass, mineral wool, perlite, and other specialized insulation products. The role requires a fast‑paced, safety‑focused work environment and the ability to handle a variety of fabrication tasks.

• Safely and efficiently operate appropriate equipment.
• Accurately measure material for efficiency.
• Maintain quality and housekeeping standards.
• Ensure production levels are met daily.
• Comply with all safety requirements.
• Perform other fabrication duties as assigned by supervisor.
• Complete any additional duties, tasks or responsibilities as assigned.

• Minimum of 18 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license if operating a vehicle for company purposes.
• Experience and/or training in a manufacturing/fabrication/warehouse environment (preferred).
• Medically certified to wear a respirator if required.
• Basic computer skills (preferred).
• Forklift certified.

• High school diploma or GED required.

This position is designated as safety sensitive and requires strict adherence to all safety protocols.

Local travel: < 10%

This role requires prolonged standing and repetitive motions, including bending, stooping, pushing, and pulling. The position also requires good hand‑eye coordination, hand dexterity, and physical strength. The employee may be required to lift up to 50 pounds, depending on specific job duties.

$13.00 – $30.00 per hour. The actual base salary offered within this range will vary based on relevant factors.
