Fabricator Level 1 - Press Brake​/Steel Laser cutter; 2nd shift

As a CNC - Laser Steel Cutter - Brake Press/Fabricator Level 2 at Honeywell, you will customize, fabricate and assemble complex parts, ensuring high-quality production standards through precise measurements, cutting, and finishing tasks. CNC programming is required. You will report directly to the Production Supervisor and work onsite in St. Louis, MO. All interviewees will be evaluated on blueprint reading, tool identification, and basic math skills.

• Perform fabrication tasks including cutting and assembling components according to specifications.
• Ensure quality control by inspecting finished products and making necessary adjustments.
• Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes and improve efficiency.
• Run mill, lathe, MAZAK, 350 and 250 machines.
• Operate HAAS Mill.

• 5+ years of experience in fabrication or manufacturing roles.
• CNC machining and programming expertise.
• Strong technical skills in customization, cutting, and assembly processes.
• Proficiency in using fabrication tools and equipment.
• Knowledge of safety standards and best practices in a manufacturing environment.

• Experience in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work effectively in a team‑oriented setting.
