• Earn a debt‑free associate degree! Seyer Industries pays 100% for a Precision Machining associate’s degree through Southwestern Illinois College (SWIC) at the Granite City location or St. Charles Community College (SCC) at their Regional Workforce Innovation Center in Wentzville.
• Receive an industry‑aligned education combined with hands‑on training.

• Work part‑time in a dedicated training facility to hone your skills as a top‑notch machinist.
• The program is 3 years in duration and offers an earn‑while‑you‑learn approach. Apprentices work 3 eight‑hour shifts during the week and spend 2 days at school to earn a debt‑free associate’s degree.
• Upon graduation apprentices will earn a Journeyman certificate through the Department of Labor.
• Partnered with the Industry Consortium of Advanced Technical Training (ICATT), the program follows the German apprenticeship model so graduates will also receive international credentials upon completion.
