Position Title: Machine Operator

Wage: $16.55/hour

Shift: 2nd

Hours: 3pm-11pm Monday-Friday

Join this trusted locally owned plastics manufacturer in Perry, MO. We are seeking dependable 2nd Shift Machine Operators to join a team. Work Monday through Friday with consistent daytime hours and the satisfaction of being part of a company that values hard work, quality, and community. This is an associate to hire opportunity.

• Operate machines to produce products
• Inspect product for flaws
• Perform secondary operations to parts if necessary
• Fill out all check sheets that pertain to the job that is being run
• Grind runner and scrap parts
• Assist in any necessary operation in the plastics department, trimming excess plastic with box knife
• Package finished product and complete custom/private label assembly and packaging, which could include assembling multi-packs, capping, shrink wrapping, labeling, boxing, and sorting
• Keep work area clean

• Ability to work, stand, sit, kneel, or squat for up to 8 hours daily
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds regularly
• Ability to bend and twist 75% of shift
• Ability to use knives, clippers, etc.
• Ability to work as a team player
