General Production Associate I - B Crew - 5pm to 5am rotation shift

Springfield, MO

$17.50 to start over $20 when hired

5:00PM-5:00AM (rotating 12-hour schedule)

• Maintain quality standards by inspecting seals, code dates, labels, packaging, weights, odor, color, and temperature of products.
• Properly insert components into cartons, record weights, and document data accurately.
• Ensure the correct supplies are used on the production line and operate packing or filling equipment.
• Stack products at the end of the line on skids, requiring reaching, bending, and twisting motions.
• Perform sanitation, housekeeping, and maintenance tasks to uphold safety and quality standards.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in food handling or related manufacturing environment.
• Ability to perform physical tasks such as bending, squatting, reaching, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards.
• Effective teamwork and communication skills.
• Willingness to follow GMPs and safety procedures.
