• Operate tape measure
• Apply mathematical understanding
• Clean up material by grinding or chipping
• Spot paint for identification marks
• Operate hand tools

• Maintain a clean work environment
• Work independently and in a team
• Collaborate with warehouse, production, and logistics teams to ensure efficient and safe loading/unloading
• Ensure safe and timely loading and unloading processes
• Stand and work on concrete floor for 10‑hour shifts
• Interact verbally with co‑workers
• Enter time and job data using computer screen with fingers
• Reach, bend, and lean to access materials being welded and fitted
• Lift 25 lbs routinely

• High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred
• Experience with trucks under three tons (e.g., tractors and fork‑trucks), mobile crane equipment, and overhead cranes
• 2 years experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
• Welding certificate
• 2 years MIG welding experience preferred

• 10‑hour shift
• Day shift or 2nd shift
• Monday to Friday

Exposure to dust, fumes, noise, and varying seasonal temperatures. Machinery with energy sources including electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, chemical, or other energy.

The employee must regularly walk, stand, use hands and fingers, handle, grasp or feel, reach with hands and arms, climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. Additional tasks include lifting, pushing, and pulling material, using stairs and ladders. When moving heavy material over 50 lbs, the employee will request assistance or use provided lifting equipment.
