Typical Schedule:

Four 10-Hour Shifts Per Week

Lockwood Packing Company is looking for dependable team members to join our Raw Department. This position plays an important role in producing high-quality snack stick products in a safe and efficient manufacturing environment.

• Prepare ingredients and raw materials for production
• Operate food processing equipment used to grind, mix, stuff, and cook products
• Load and unload products throughout the production process
• Label and track products accurately
• Assist with inventory and material handling
• Complete production paperwork and records
• Clean and sanitize equipment and work areas
• Follow food safety, quality, and safety procedures
• Work with your team to meet daily production goals

• Ability to follow instructions and procedures
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Manufacturing, warehouse, food production, or meat processing experience is helpful, but not required

• Standing and walking for most of the shift
• Frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling materials up to 50 pounds
• Repetitive use of hands and arms throughout the day
• Working in refrigerated production areas (35°F–45°F)
• Working around food processing equipment and raw meat products
• Wearing required personal protective equipment (PPE)

• Full-time position
• Typical schedule consists of four 10-hour shifts per week
• Overtime may be available based on production needs
• Work schedules may vary based on staffing and production demands
