Press Brake Operator

Production Manager

• Perform Preventative Maintenance for Press Brake
• Proper set up of Press Brake machine
• Accurate interpretation of blueprints and customer specifications
• Ensure that quality inspection criteria are being followed for all parts run or bent
• Understand and support all Quality, Product Safety, and Health/Safety/Environmental/Energy policies
• Understand and adhere to all relevant statutory or regulatory compliance obligations
• Understand, support, and adhere to the Integrated Management System policies, procedures and instructions
• Understand and support relevant key performance indicators (KPIs), as defined in the goal tree

• Technical Capacity
• Knowledge/understanding of set up and operation
• Ability to read and understand blueprints and customer specifications
• Mechanical aptitude
• Organization Skills
• Time Management

This position has no supervisory responsibilities.

The employee will be exposed to shop floor conditions, i.e. noise, heat, cold, dust/dirt etc. The employee is regularly required to stand, walk, sit, use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools and reach with hands and arms. The employee must occasionally lift or move up to 50 pounds. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear.

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Two + years of previous press brake‑related experience
